Sharon Gramby-Sobukwe
Member
Reverend Gramby‑Sobukwe, PhD, is an Associate Minister at Salt and Light Community Church in Philadelphia, PA. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards, is a founding member of Black Radical Christians, the Society for Faith and Justice, and the Ubuntu Organizational Services Consulting, and has been a faculty member at numerous universities for over 30 years.
Dr. Gramby‑Sobukwe’s research focuses on Black women in movements, ministry, and liberation struggles in the USA and Africa, and she has researched, preached, and taught in multiple countries worldwide.
Muriël Berrenstein Childs

Muriël spent over a decade working in national and international sales and marketing before transitioning into accounting. For the past three years, she has served in a financial role at a nonprofit organization in Texas, supporting sustainable operations and fiscal accountability.
Since 2026, Muriël has served as a member on the AAPPA Group’s Board of Directors. She brings strategies for growth, visibility, and engagement that strengthen the organization’s mission and long-term impact.
Barbara Horne
Member
Barbara, PMP, brings a strategic, impact‑driven approach to leveraging technology for social good. For over two decades, she has designed and delivered information technology training programs, and in 2012, she founded a business consulting firm focused on clarity, structure, and measurable progress.
She serves on the board of Athletes United for Peace, an NGO in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). A trusted collaborator with our founder for nearly a decade, Barbara’s insight helps guide the organization’s work at the intersection of innovation and advocacy.
